Brittney Misercola, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CFRN

Brittney has been practicing in the Killeen and surrounding Central Texas area for over 15 years. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she served as a flight nurse for the area’s Level One Trauma Center, as well as served as an executive board member on the local regional trauma council. She went on to pursue a career as an Advanced Practice Nurse completing her master’s degree at Frontier Nursing University.

After working as an NP in Emergency, neurology, and orthopedic surgery specialties, Brittney found her passion working in interventional Pain Medicine.

Brittney has a desire to work collaboratively with her patients to find long term treatment strategies which improve their quality of life and functionality.*

While working in interventional pain, Brittney has participated in research on many topics, including lumbar spinal stenosis and Neuromodulation for long term chronic pain that has been presented at both national and international conferences.

She also Lectures at the national level educating advanced practice providers as well as serving as co-chair for the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience (ASPN) Advanced practice committee.

Brittney enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two adult daughters.
