Dr. Miller is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, and has practiced in New Braunfels, Seguin, and San Antonio since 2004. He earned his B.A. in Biology from Washington and Jefferson College in 1995 and his M.D. from Baylor College of Medicine in 1999. He completed a one-year internship at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and then completed both his anesthesiology residency and pain fellowship at Duke University.

Dr. Miller strongly believes in an individualized and multidisciplinary approach to pain management. He works closely with area internists, physical therapists, chiropractors, psychiatrists, neurologists, and spine surgeons to ensure that each patient receives the most optimally individualized treatment plan possible.

Dr. Miller also serves on several community boards and enjoys philanthropic endeavors in the community. He is the board president of Musical Bridges Around the World which has a mission of bringing first class performing and visual arts to underprivileged schools in the great San Antonio area. In his spare time, Dr. Miller relaxes with his wife, who is a pediatrician and his three children.

Dr. Miller works closely with area internists, physical therapists, chiropractors, psychiatrists, neurologists, and spine surgeons to ensure that each patient receives the most optimally individualized treatment plan possible.
